Classroom progress and a Sale!

Hello Friends,

I have been making progress in my classroom.  Yay!  Not as much as I want to be making because the janitors are still cleaning so I have to leave early, but I know I am lucky to be able to go in whenever I want so I am not going to complain.  

The last 2 years I have had a Hollywood Theme which I loved but was looking for a change.  This was my writing bulletin board from last year.

It was super cute but didn't fit my new theme.  So I took it all down and changed the fabric and borders.  

This is what it looks like now:

I cannot wait to finish it.

Last year I had these posters above my guided reading table.  

The students used them sooooooo much!

These were adorable but again did not fit my new theme so I came up with these.

Chevron and Polkadots!

Hello Friends,

I have big news!  I am changing my theme this year.  Although I loved my Hollywood theme I needed a change.  I am not going with an actual theme this year but more of a pattern and colors.  I am in love with chevron like most of you but I wanted something more.  So I decided to mix patterns and do chevron and polkadots.
Let me tell you friends I am in love!!!

So today I was super productive and got things printed, laminated and cut.  I will try to go into school and put it up next week.  I cant wait to see these up in my room.  

This was my giant pile of lamination.  

I have a confession.  I love cutting lamination.  I love sitting on the couch with my feet up and a stack of lamination.  Please tell me I am not the only weirdo!

This is my new alphabet line.  As you can see the top is chevron and the bottom is polkadot and it has beautiful graphics from Krista over at Creative Clips.

It has a beautiful teal polkadot background and gray chevron.  

This is my word wall.  I will be uploading this soon.  It will be editable so that you could add the words that you are working with in your classroom.  

I tried to stick to gray, hot pink, lime green, teal, and neon yellow.  I just love how those colors pop off that gray color without making it look too girly.

Back To School Sale!

I don't know about all of you but I always look forward for this sale and this year it seemed like it took forever.  My wishlist is pages long so I am definitely going to take advantage.

My superhero clip art set is one of my most wishlisted items.  I used it to create a lot of my superhero items and I have gotten great feedback.  You will receive 18 individual png images with transparent background. They are beautifully colored and I have also included black and white line art. 

Everything you need to implement math journals in your classroom is included.

This packet contains 30 math journal prompts. Each prompt comes in two versions. One to show on your Smartboard and one in a cut and paste format. The cut and paste page has multiple copies of the same prompt to make it easy for students to glue onto math journals. It also contains math journal covers and math journal paper. 

Have you seen this unit from A Year of Many Firsts.  It is super cute and will be perfect for writing.

New Clipart Flash Freebie and a SALE!

Hello Everyone!

I have also made all my ABC lines Cursive incase you needed them.  

This is the S.U.P.E.R book.  It is all editable so that you can make it fit your classroom.  It is also offered in color and black and white to make it easier for printing.  

     

These covers are from Kinder to Fifth grade.  They are all editable so that you can add your kiddos names.  

                               

This is the explanation of the S.U.P.E.R book.  I offer you the wording I use but I also put an editable one so that you can add what would fit your classroom.  

These are some of the different tabs in the book.  I usually put these in sheet protectors so they can last for the entire year.  

This is the behavior calendar that I use in my classroom.  The students just color in the color they ended up on the behavior chart.  Parents will initial it or check the box it they are requesting a conference.  It is quick and simple way to keep track of behavior.
